ABOUT PATRICK:
Patrick has been playing the Trombone since the early 1990's.
He spent 17 years performing on Tuba, Tenor Trombone, Euphonium, and Bass Trombone for the Army Bands throughout the world. Through his travels, he has had the opportunities to perform throughout Europe, Asia, Kuwait, Iraq, and nearly everywhere in the United States. While serving in the Army Bands and as a freelance musician, Patrick performed in Jazz Combos, Dixieland Bands, New Orleans Style Brass Band, British Style Brass Bands, Rock Bands, Funk Bands, Latin Bands, Polka Bands, Big Bands, Marching Bands, Concert Bands, Orchestras, Brass Quintets, Brass Quartets, Trombone Quartets,
Trombone Quintets, and Trombone Choirs.
In Patrick's musical journey, he has been able to share the stage with Ron Wilkins, Michael Davis, Harry Watters, Slide Hampton, and various members of Gordon Goodwin's Big Phat Band.
When Patrick is not performing with ensembles, he is an Adjunct Professor at Calhoun Community College and teaches in-person and online private lessons for Euphonium, Tenor/Bass Trombone, Contrabass Trombone,and Tuba in the Southeastern United States.
Patrick is also an arranger and composer that studied jazz composition and arranging at Berklee College of Music. He has his own business called Bone Yard Music, LLC where he writes custom charts for ensembles around the world.
